Google Plus Auto Poster (GPAP) takes care of the annoying task of promoting your posts on Google+.

So instead of going on the Google+ page, authenticating on Google+, copy - pasting the blog post link, just install GPAP and authenticate once.

For all new posts after that moment, GPAP will automatically publish them on a Google+ profile.

Installation:

Unpack and upload it to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
